Position Summary
The Body Shop Technician performs high-quality repairs and restoration on customer vehicles, following all safety procedures and industry standards. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The Technician is responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform body repairs and vehicle restoration, including frame and panel work, polishing, and refinishing
- Operate repair equipment such as welders, frame machines, measuring systems, and spray guns
- Follow OEM repair procedures and shop protocols to ensure safe, accurate repairs
- Read and interpret work orders accurately
- Coordinate with estimators and parts team to ensure timely job completion
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure proper care and handling of customer vehicles
- Perform polishing and finish work with a high level of detail
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience in a body shop or collision repair environment
- Polishing experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, kneel, or work overhead for extended periods
- Quality-conscious and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
Preferred
- I-CAR or ASE certifications
- Post-secondary training in automotive or collision repair
- Experience with aluminum and steel body panel repairs
- Familiarity with estimating software (CCC ONE, Audatex, etc.)
- Experience following OEM repair procedures

- Conduct vehicle test drives, ensuring all speed limits and road rules are followed
- Facilitate delivery by clearly explaining vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
- Maintain accurate sales documentation
- Negotiate sale closures clearly, concisely, and ethically
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions

Position Summary
As a Certified Master Service Technician, you will perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on a wide range of vehicles. You’ll ensure vehicles are road-ready, safe, and running at peak performance. You may also complete pre-delivery inspections to meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Perform routine maintenance services and inspections
- Complete required service documentation and repair orders

- Support shop efficiency by maintaining proper tools and inventory

Position Overview
The Tire and Lube Express Technician performs routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and fluid checks while delivering excellent customer service.
This role plays an important part in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and professionally.
