What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology
- Guide customers through the full sales process—from first visit to delivery
- Build relationships and create repeat and referral business
- Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Work as part of a team to meet and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred—but not required (we train the right people)
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
You’ll do well here if you’re competitive, coachable, and motivated by income and growth.
Schedule Expectations
- Retail schedule with evenings and Saturdays required
- Five-day workweek with one consistent day off during the week
- Closed Sundays

- Top performers earning $80K–$100K+ annually
