I was very disappointed I had my tires rotated, and oil changed and they did not check the air pressure. I ended up putting air in a tire the next day.

I do not like computer format to schedule service. Prefer to call and speak to someone. New format deters from from that and now I am less likely to use your service department.

Traveled from TX to NC when my engine light turned on. Once I dropped off my car Lyndsey with Boyd’s Tar Heel Chevrolet took care of the issue within a couple of days! This was the best outcome for me. They really understood the need I had. Thank you to the service team!

Fast service

Very friendly. They kept in contact with me about the issues I had with my truck that I bought from Va beach.

I never had to visit the dealership. Everything was done by phone or text with John Cash in the Roxboro location. He found exactly what I wanted and brought the vehicle to me for a test drive. Now that is service!!!!! John is the Best and I refuse to deal with anyone else as long as John is working. By the way I love my new 2026 Equinox. It is perfect!!

Friendly, informative and professional

It is some of the worst service I have experienced since I have been taking my care there, and I have been going there for years, before the personnel change, and after, this time by far is the worst. You kept my car for (3) days and charged me almost $2000 for repairs and didn't fix the problem that I originally brought my car in there for, I feel like I have been price gouged, and ripped off by an establishment that I have trusted for years, and I just took my car back and was told that there may be additional charges to fix the original problem I had for bring the car in for service, I am totally disappointed, I wish I had closer nearby options.

Scheduled my service for my 2021 Chevrolet online and the dealership serviced my vehicle with very minimum wait time while I waited for the service to be completed. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I'm very please in the assistance from the salesman and manager who was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the quick process in getting me into the vehicle to drive home.

Long time repeat customer before change in current ownership, there is a lack of informed communications, I took my car in on a repeat issue that was supposedly resolved, it was not. Scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday, I had to call on a Thursday and ask for a status report on my vehicle, it is now the weekend, and my car is still there. I should not have to call to ask for a progress report on my car, a courtesy call should have occurred long before I even thought of calling, and an apology for my inconvenience of having to have re-work done on my car, the courtesy and service has declined, and I am told by other customers that they feel the same way.

Kyle was out the door to greet me before I was even out of the car and showed me where to enter. People at th service desk were really helpful and the waiting room was nice.

Made the appointment online and once arrived they immediately started work on my vehicle. The dealership provided a text message for me to track my progress on my vehicle. Didn't have to wait long in the waiting room before I was on my way back home. Everyone was so nice and respectful.

I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and received excellent service. Lindsay was very helpful. My vehicle was serviced within an hour.

Everything was great. Chris kept me informed. It’s so nice that Bob came and got my car from work and Chris made sure someone could bring it back to me. It’s wonderful that we have a local dealership in Roxboro. It would be inconvenient to have to go out of town to trade and have service !
