Scheduled my service for my 2021 Chevrolet online and the dealership serviced my vehicle with very minimum wait time while I waited for the service to be completed. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Made oil change appointment online. I dropped the car off the night before and it was done early the next day. All I had to do was stop by and pay. Very easy process.

Problem was solved with the engine light.

HB and John at Boyd Tarheel went out of there ways to find me the perfect vehicle, i told them what i wanted and they called me a week later stating they found it, They went all the way to south carolina to get a vehicle for me. Car buying process has never been more satisfactory. What a great team

I was very disappointed I had my tires rotated, and oil changed and they did not check the air pressure. I ended up putting air in a tire the next day.

It is some of the worst service I have experienced since I have been taking my care there, and I have been going there for years, before the personnel change, and after, this time by far is the worst. You kept my car for (3) days and charged me almost $2000 for repairs and didn't fix the problem that I originally brought my car in there for, I feel like I have been price gouged, and ripped off by an establishment that I have trusted for years, and I just took my car back and was told that there may be additional charges to fix the original problem I had for bring the car in for service, I am totally disappointed, I wish I had closer nearby options.

I had the body of my car repaired (twice in 5 months) at Boyd’s body shop. The job was done terribly. Orange peel paint texture down the whole side of my car, dust-dirt specks in paint, Among multiple other issues like the doors rubbing together when both are opened and dry spots that weren’t painted. There are some rough areas that were not sanded down properly and have the potential to cut someone if grabbed the right way. As I mentioned, this is the second time my car has been repaired here in five months. I wasn’t satisfied with my first time but the issues were fixed quickly. Now the second time I am back where I was but now the issues are worse.

I have been going to Tarheel Chevrolet in Roxboro NC ever since my husband purchased our GMC 2018 Terrain in November 2017. My husband passed in 2019, and they still take real good care of me. I am 72 years old, and to me they have always been professional, courteous, concerning as well as compassionate from day one. I would not take anything or anyone else for those guys at Roxboro Tarheel Chevrolet. I don't let anyone service my car but them. If they see something that may present a problem or a cost to me, they always give me a "heads up" so that I will be able to save up and pay for it. They will tell me the urgency of the problem regarding the operation of my car. So far, that has not happened because they are always on the lookout for me. They just don't know how much I appreciate them so dearly. It's like having several sons (or daughters) that are mechanics, looking out for their widow mom. Thank you Roxboro Tarheel Chevrolet, thank you!

I'm in Alaska, friend took my truck for new tires

Long time repeat customer before change in current ownership, there is a lack of informed communications, I took my car in on a repeat issue that was supposedly resolved, it was not. Scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday, I had to call on a Thursday and ask for a status report on my vehicle, it is now the weekend, and my car is still there. I should not have to call to ask for a progress report on my car, a courtesy call should have occurred long before I even thought of calling, and an apology for my inconvenience of having to have re-work done on my car, the courtesy and service has declined, and I am told by other customers that they feel the same way.

The staff is awesome, friendly. Nice kind courteous. knowledgeable. Friendly.
